Parking

All residents MUST keep the board informed of their car make/model/color and current license plates. It is YOUR responsibility to do so, and will help keep you from being towed. Parking is becoming more of an issue and enforcement will be stepped up. BREAK THE RULES AND GET TOWED!!!

2 allotted spaces per townhome

Guest spots are for short term GUEST use only, not residents!  If a guest is here for more than three days, they need to park out on Walnut Branch.  If there is ANY confusion over this.... click the link below for the RULES page and understand the parking rules. Getting towed is just NO fun, and it costs you $$$ as well. Better to be sure than towed.

NO boats, campers, or RVs. Not “just this once”, not ever.

All vehicles must have current license plates and inspection stickers. Vehicles without these will be towed.

Repairs permitted, but must be completed within 24 hours.  NO vehicle can be left on blocks unattended.

Don’t dump auto fluids in the storm drains. Besides being illegal, it’s rude and environmentally stupid.

Don’t drive over curbs or cluster property.  Vehicles belong on the black stuff.  The green stuff is for kids.
